Extreme (sub 2C) ice km!

Tough swim today, but another one I'm proud of! Air -7C, water 1.83C, 1.06km swum. This swim felt harder than the mile because it was a lot colder and my hands hurt for the first half, I kept switching from free to breast to keep them out of the air. On the good side, recovery was better, I even helped take down the tent!
